JR Kendall, Kendall Construction Company
JR Kendall learned the development and construction business from the ground up, working for Kendall Construction Company during his high school and college years as a carpenter, assistant superintendent and field superintendent. Kendall re-joined the firm in 2005 as vice president of development following his graduation with a JD degree from the Willamette University College of Law in Oregon.
A Certified Commercial Investment Manager (CCIM), Kendall is closely engaged with all development aspects of the WestGate @ Crane Technology Park. Since re-joining Kendall Construction, Kendall has played major roles in property sales, purchases and developments, including the company's development of the 23-acre Brookstone Crossing Apartment project.
Before graduating from law school, Kendall attended DePauw University on a President's Scholarship, later transferring to Colorado State University, where he earned a bachelor's degree in anthropology in 1999.
