At the WestGate
The WestGate’s state-certified status as a technology park means special incentives and support is available through the Indiana Economic Development Corporation (IEDC) and local economic development organizations to grow your company. In addition, the enterprise zone around the NSA federal laboratory at Crane offers additional tax credits and incentives. Certain areas in and around the WestGate are also certified Federal HUBZones, which offer their own set of credits and incentives.

The commercial defense industry has many different rules, regulations and requirements for companies doing business with the federal government and agencies like the Department of Defense (DoD), Energy (DoE) and other entities funding operations at the nearby Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) and the NSA facility.
