Expected to soon reach 1,000 acres with more than 3,000 employees, the WestGate @ Crane Technology Park is Indiana’s only tri-county facility to have Certified Technology Park status from the Indiana Economic Development Corporation (IEDC).  The WestGate is already home to some of the nation’s top defense contractors and more are on the way.

The park offers the decisive strategic advantage of being located immediately next to the $2 billion Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) in southern Indiana.  Named earlier in this decade as the top military technical facility in the U.S. Department of Defense, NSWC Crane leverages the expertise of America’s leading commercial defense operations to support America’s warfighter.

Current state-of-the-art Class A office and commercial space (including lab and light manufacturing/warehouse) is currently available in the WestGate tech park.  Custom build-to-suit opportunities are also available at competitive rates.

A major retail center, including a hotel and fiber-optic-linked conference center, is being planned and construction is expected to begin soon.
